Camping Domaine de la Yole

Large pool complex & lovely beach 

There is no lack of fun in swimming at camping Domaine de la Yole .The camping has a large pool complex with several heated pools, including a children's pool with fun play equipment and an indoor pool. There are also several slides that provide hours of swimming fun for the children, including a slide as high as 8 metres! There is also a covered area for the children. In between swimming you can rest on the lovely grassy lawn. Or go for a day to the lovely wide, sandy beach. From  camping Domaine de la Yole , a path leads directly to the beach via the back entrance. After a short walk you can enjoy the fresh sea air!

In 2024, swimming opportunities will be expanded even further with the creation of a tropical lagoon pool (closed every Saturday until end of season). This new addition promises to provide a unique experience and even more swimming fun for all guests.

From karaoke to a tour of the vineyards 

During a holiday at camping Domaine de la Yole, you won’t miss a thing. You certainly won’t go hungry, as there is a restaurant where you can enjoy fresh catches and local products. There is also a snack bar offering traditional options such as pizza, hamburgers, and paninis. For those who prefer takeaway, the catering service provides two prepared dishes and delicious roasted chickens daily.

Refreshing drinks are also well taken care of. Start your day with a French breakfast at the poolside bar or grab a snack and ice cream from the Lagoon Food Truck in July and August. The bar is a cosy spot for an afternoon or evening drink, while the ice cream stand is open all season for a refreshing treat. A unique feature is the Beer Wall, where you can use a prepaid card to pour your own selection of local draft beers and enjoy aperitif platters, charcuterie, and beer gift boxes.

Of course, you can also do your daily shopping at the supermarket, which offers a wide range of products. Pick up fresh bread rolls from the bakery in the morning and choose a fine bottle of wine for dinner at the wine shop. Everything you need is available in this lively holiday village!

There are so many activities at camping Domaine de la Yole, that no one needs to be bored. The enthusiastic entertainment team provides fun activities such as sports tournaments, disco evenings and the popular karaoke. Since 2025, there is also a padel court where you can showcase your padel skills. The little ones can have fun at the children's playgrounds. There is even an adventure park with fun attractions for both beginners and advanced. Children from 4 years old can use the challenging play equipment where they can explore a climbing and discovery trail at height. You can take guided tours of the camping vineyards, including wine tastings with local specialities. From Valras-Plage to Carcassonne 

But there is also a lot to discover in the vicinity of the camping. The village of Valras-Plage with its beautiful boulevard and many pleasant terraces is just 3 kilometres from camping Domaine de la Yole. Rent a bike on the camping and discover the beautiful surroundings. Or go for a day to Carcassonne, a medieval fortified town with a fully restored citadel. Carcassonne is on the UNESCO World Heritage List, definitely worth a visit! The real daredevils can also go for a canyoning or canoe trip on the L'Orb.
